For over a decade, we've been training and mentoring youth as Junior Broadcasters, preparing them to cover real-world events, engage with global issues, and lead through storytelling. With more than 30,000 hubbers trained worldwide, our reach has extended across the U.S., Jamaica, Canada, Germany, Australia, and beyond.

🏃🏽♂️ What’s the Penn Relays Project All About?
This year marks our 13th year of coverage at the Penn Relays, in proud partnership with Team Jamaica Bickle. From Franklin Field in Philadelphia, our youth media team will produce live interviews, radio reports, behind-the-scenes stories, and post-produced video content as part of our signature segment, “Penn Life”—a youth-led lifestyle storytelling experience at the world’s oldest and largest track and field carnival.
This isn’t just about races. It’s about training tomorrow’s broadcasters—on site, in the field, learning firsthand the power of the mic and the story behind the athlete.
